Young Bros, Big Dreams
What started as a cold treat after weekend games turned into something nobody saw coming. Two young student athletes kept showing up to the same spot after every game — something their friends looked forward to every weekend. One day, they decided to stop being customers and become the spot themselves.
Coming from an entrepreneurial family, taking things into their own hands came naturally. Meet Brice — the older brother, a full-time basketball player, and Brayden — the younger brother, a 3-sport athlete who plays basketball, football, and baseball. Both are honor students who prioritize academics as much as the game. The brothers saw an opportunity to fund their own summer fun — and turned that motivation into a full-blown business. Founded in 2023, Toney Bros was born from that hustle. With an initial investment from their parents, they purchased their first refrigerated cart, hit the ground running, and never looked back. The community responded immediately.
But it was never just about the money. From day one, they wanted to be an inspiration to other kids with an idea and big dreams — proof that you don't have to wait until you're grown to build something real. If two young brothers can do it, so can you.
Today, Toney Bros operates 2 refrigerated carts and a full concession trailer, serving as a crowd favorite at local sporting events, block parties, and community gatherings across Greater Charlotte. These student athletes are still hitting the field and the court — and then serving up the coldest cups in the city right after.
They have big dreams ahead — expanding their product line, reaching new communities, and accomplishing more with every year that passes. All while maintaining the high-quality product and unforgettable experience their customers have come to love. Every cup, every flavor, every event is a step toward something bigger. 🧊🍧
